Pet Med Tracker is a mobile application designed to help pet owners manage their pets' medication schedules, health records, and wellness tracking. The App allows users to:

Track medication schedules and set reminders
Record health metrics (weight, appetite, water intake, energy levels)
Maintain a symptom diary
Export health reports in PDF format

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information about your pets and their medications
Using the App as a辅助 tool, not as a substitute for professional veterinary advice
Maintaining the confidentiality of your device
All activity that occurs under your use of the App

IMPORTANT: THE APP IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL VETERINARY CARE. The App is designed to assist with tracking and organization only. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment regarding your pet's health. Never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or tracked in this App.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Pet Med Tracker and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality to you.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App to harm animals or engage in animal cruelty

7. Limitation of Liability

Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
Any content obtained from the App
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
